I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the great location right across from Tunjungan Plaza. The rooms were clean but a bit small, and while the amenities were limited, the breakfast spread was decent. I did notice some issues with noise levels in the rooms as well as the bed linens, which could use improvement. Overall, it's a good value for the price considering the convenience of the area.
